Change Your User Roles

If you were assigned multiple roles, you can modify your assignments to take over or to hand over the access to specific system objects, including any related events and commands.

  1. You have appropriate user authorizations to manage user roles in the Flex Client application.
  1. In the horizontal navigation bar, select your initials, and then select User roles.
  2. User roles opens in the right panel.
  3. Do one or more of the following:
    • To enable the assignment that you want to take over, switch on the corresponding role.
    • To disable the assignment that you want to hand over, switch off the corresponding role.
  4. Select Apply.
  5. You are notified of the change to your user role assignments. The Flex Client application refreshes and displays accordingly.
  6. To close User roles, in the right panel, select .
