Delete Advanced Reports

The History area displays the executed advanced reports in the selected format (PDF, Excel, or Both).

In the History area, select the advanced report, and adjacent to the advanced report, select  and then select Delete.

The advanced report that is generated in the History area and the default location ([Installation Drive C]:\[Installation Folder]\[Project Name]\ FlexReports) gets deleted.
If the number of files in the FlexReports folder exceeds the default storage space limit of 500 MB or as per the configuration, then all the older generated advanced reports get auto-deleted from the folder.
NOTE: The storage limit is configured from the Installed Client. Navigate to the Max Size property that displays in the Operation pane on selecting FlexReportsFolder in Management View > Management System > Servers > Main Server > Report Manager.
