Silence the Buzzer Sound

A sound is emitted on the Flex Client to notify you of events, and you want to silence it.

In the Summary bar, select .

The button changes to silenced and the sound stops, even if there are still unacknowledged events.

Unsilence the Buzzer Sound

Select .

NOTE: Depending on the client profile, no sound will be played until you unsilence the buzzer manually, or the sound is silenced for the current events, but the buzzer will be unsilenced when any new unprocessed event is generated.

Silence the Buzzer Re-sound

The buzzer sound is resumed to sound after 24 hours because a previously-acknowledged event had not yet been fully processed (closed) by then and you want to silence it.
NOTE: As long as the re-sound notification displays in the Summary bar, it is not possible to silence the buzzer using the  buzzer icon.

In the Summary bar, select the  re-sound notification.

The notification disappears and the sound stops for another 24 hours.
