Troubleshooting notifications related to BACnet Alarm

Follow the below steps to receive notification regarding device failure, even after the driver restart.

  1. Navigate to ManagementView > FieldNetwork.
  2. Select a BACnet device from the system browser.
  3. Click BACnet tab and expand Other Settings.
  5. Check the No Resetting Device Alarms check-box.
  6. Click Save.
