Control Automatic Alarm Registration

By default, the BACnet driver will auto register for alarms in all notification classes for non-MSTP devices. This setting is transferred to each device object when they are discovered. If you want to change this behavior, you can either uncheck the auto alarm registration flag after discovery happens in the BACnet snap-in, or you can tell discovery not to set it.

There is an alarm table entry you can add to the devices alarm config table. This specifies the range of instances that will default to auto alarm registration. You can override and edit the range before discovery happens to exclude a range of devices from automatic alarm registration.

By default, MSTP devices do not auto-register. To change this add an additional key:
